Experienced Human Resources Manager with a demonstrated history of working in international environment. Fluent in English language. Skilled in HR Policies, Corporate Communications, Labor Relations, Payroll, Recruitment and Training.
• Leadership & Management - Lead and manage the wider HR team (recruiters/administrators) ensuring hiring/changes/exits are managed to a high standard. - Accountable for all HR Corporate reporting and data (eg Workday) - Provide opportunities for growth and development, acting as a role model in HR - Supporting all relevant line managers with advice on their teams, employees, hiring or dismissing in their departments - Set objectives for the HR team and track progress - Support and coach local line managers on all people leadership matters • HR Administration - Ensure personnel files are complete and updated, including e-files - Deliver a personal, efficient HR service to the business leaders, including quick turnaround of requests for HR support for external documentation / payroll changes - Ensure maternity leave, absences and all other ‚life events‘ are properly recorded and managed according to Serbian labour law - Ensure accuracy of all employee data in Workday system if applicable and train to become super user for the related population. • Policies / Processes - Ensure all HR Admin processes are documented. - Advise employees on gategroup policies as applicable - Organise work permits for employees if required • Payroll - Ensure all payroll changes are properly authorised in advance and documented accordingly - Input data as appropriate and liaise with external payroll provider as needed - Work with Finance to ensure data is available as required for reporting - Liaise with local authorities and external providers (eg pension, insurances) • Recruitment and onboarding admin and support - Support line managers in the recruitment process for Belgrade based employees - Conduct pre-screening interviews with candidates and support managers in recruitment process - Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure everything is set for new starters on day 1 - Conduct new hire HR onboarding, supporting on local Serbian requirements as necessary.
- Member of the local management team Help define and implement the objectives and strategy of the plant - Head of the Human Resource department; lead, promote and motivate subordinate employees, continuously develop their abilities - Responsible for 4 direct reports and 8 indirect reports - Manage/conduct employee training/development and orientation programs - Assure implementation/administration of compensation and benefits programs at the location - Work with management to plan and implement programs to meet human resource requirements supporting short- and mid-term business needs - Implement effective health & safety plans, affirmative action, and other employee relations programs - Responsible for creation, implementation and follow up of all relevant HR procedures, in line with local legislative and global guidelines - Participate in and implement international/regional HR-related projects - Forecast and manage departmental budget and ensure operations within budget in terms of cost and added value - Manage/conduct recruitment processes in the plant - Conducting payroll for all employees - Managing labor relations in cooperation with external consultants - Reports requested information to central HR function - Keep track and report all relevant HR KPI's
Responsible for all relevant HR Administration in the Plant that includes: - Preparation of the reports for the Government institutions in relation to the HR field. - Payroll preparation and administration and reporting to the relevant State authorities. - Employment contracts preparation and administration. - Administration of all training activities in the Plant. - Record employee information (i.e., personal data, compensation, performance reviews, termination and other data ) - Prepare reports as needed, including, but not limited to, performance reviews, new hires, staffing reports, holiday utilization, etc. - Participate and support the communication and information systems in the Plant. - Prepare packets of information for new hires and orientations. - Assist and Participate in the recruitment process. Prepare job postings. - Participate in selection of the outside suppliers for the HR function (training, recruitment, consulting providers, etc) - Assist employees and visitors to Human Resources with general questions and/or refers them to the appropriate staff member for issue resolution.
