With over 15 years of experience as a Senior Project Engineer specializing in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for oil and gas applications, I have honed my skills in multiphase flow modeling, reacting flows, erosion analysis, thermal simulations, and non-Newtonian fluid dynamics. Throughout my career, successfully led cross-functional teams and managed complex projects, consistently delivering optimized designs for critical downhole tools and assemblies. My extensive experience includes leading CFD simulation projects for liner hangers, valves, and downhole completion tools, significantly improving design efficiency and reducing operational risks. Worked on optimizing artificial lift systems, such as gas lift, hydraulic lift, and plunger lift, through advanced CFD modeling, resulting in enhanced flow performance and reliability. Additionally, I have developed erosion modeling strategies for critical components, which have extended tool life and reduced maintenance costs. In the realm of thermal and reacting flow analyses, I have executed projects for highly exothermic processes in jet contactors, ensuring safe and efficient operation under varied conditions. My efforts have also led to detailed design optimization for oil and gas assemblies, including jet pumps, hydraulic fracturing tools, and flow control devices, achieving measurable performance gains. Multiphase flow modeling involving cuttings and drilling mud to identify potential problems associated with horizontal and extended reach wells. •Completions Tools Development – Experience with CAE design and operation of Inflow control Devices (ICD), Shunt tube systems (Gravel Pack), Safety Valves, Screens, Packers, Sliding Sleeves, Multi-Stage fracking tools, flow control Valves. •System level mathematical model and software development to simulate multi-stage fracturing process (unconventional, hydraulic fracturing). Used Multi-phase flow (Particle Dynamics + Non-Newtonian flow) modeling coupled with DDPM model to simulate proppant transport associated with Hydraulic Fracturing. •Well Abandonment Tools Development – Dual String Section Milling tools (DSSM) . Erosion Analysis for Lower Completions Tool Sliding Sleeve with Tulsa University model for possible failure in the field. .
