About

Over the last 20+ years, I have been fortunate to work across 20 countries helping organizations move from “talking about sustainability” to actually implementing it. My work focuses on ESG, CSR, HSE, and responsible business transformation that creates real value for both companies and communities. One of my proudest achievements has been leading a USD 500 million sustainability financing initiative, supporting green finance and green bond programs, and developing certified green infrastructure including green warehouses. I have also contributed to Platinum-level sustainability certification for large industrial operations. Renowned for working with global stakeholders—including ILO, IFC, DFC, BII, and Norfund—to embed sustainability into core business practices. Adept at fostering innovation, mitigating ESG risks, and creating long-term value for businesses and communities. Holds a Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Management from IIM Nagpur, bringing strategic vision and operational excellence to every initiative. I strongly believe sustainability is not just compliance—it is a long-term business strategy. My goal is to help organizations build resilient, ethical, and future-ready operations.
