As Commodity Distribution Quality Assurance Specialist I am responsible for the following tasks: • Conduct visits to TCS Warehouses to monitor and ensure the quality of commodities before distribution to health facilities and LHWs. • Coordinate with district authorities to facilitate the efficient distribution of commodities. • Facilitate the distribution of commodities to LHWs & health facilities at their designated flood affected district of Sindh & Balochistan. This include supervising at distribution sites through verification of supplied goods and securing goods receiving notes from the beneficiary. • Ensure entries of equipment received in inventory registers of health facilities. • Ensure equipment is not damaged and properly packed at the time of receiving. • Ensure utilization of equipment.
• Assist the program team in implementation of workplan activities in 11 focused districts. • Assist in desk monitoring for quality assurance of field data in 11 focused districts. • Assist in coordination with District Coordinators and Interns for timely data from the field. • Assist in projects implementation activities and assist in preparing project weekly and monthly progress reports. • Assist in logistics management of training and other activities. • Transfer data from paper formats into database systems and validation of quality and integrity of data accumulated on the in-house LMIS in the 11 focused. • Assist in qualitative & quantitative analysis supported with in the 11 focused districts vaccines. • Any other task assigned by supervisor
1. Assist the program team in implementation of workplan activities. 2. Support for public health supply chain related research work. 3. Assist in desk monitoring for quality assurance of infectious disease reported data. 4. Assist in identifying strategic and policy outcomes from monitoring data to communi- cate to the concerned quarters for evidence-based decisions. 5. Assist in monitoring and report progress on KPIs for infectious diagnostic/treatment re- lated logistics indictors at each tier of supply chain. 6. Assist in qualitative & quantitative analysis supported with statistical inference of of vaccines, MNCH commodities, contraceptives, basic health services and infectious dis- eases products sufficiency at all levels of the supply chain using SPSS and other statisti- cal tools. 7. Assist in projects implementation activities and assist in preparing project weekly and monthly progress reports. 8. Assist in logistics management of trainings and other activities. 9. Transfer data from paper formats into database systems and validation of quality and in- tegrity of data accumulated on the in-house LMIS. 10. Any other task assigned by supervisor.
