Sven Sommerlatte is a Franco-German executive recognized for his expertise in strategy, organizational development, and human resources. He later held senior HR and organizational roles at national, regional, and global levels, most recently serving as Group CHRO at Boehringer-Ingelheim. As of October 1st, 2025, he has been appointed President and Country Managing Director of Boehringer-Ingelheim France. Scope of the role – 5 billion sales with strong growth ambition – Leading player in the CHC market Key responsibilities: – Define 3 years CHC HR roadmap with clearly defined timelines and deliverables – Lead the HR activities for our external growth projects – Assess CHC capability gaps and implement required development actions through the creation of a CHC Academy – Coordinate critical sourcing activities with the CHC HRBPs in charge. – Conduct external talent mapping for key positions and engage key talents outside of the company in an exploratory way – Take personally the lead on the individual development and career planning of the top 50 leaders in CHC – Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement and define actions for their continuous improvement – Be actively involved in internal communication actions that contribute to reinforcing staff motivation and engagement
