I am a healthcare management and IT expert, working as an Associate Consultant at IQVIA and a Subject Matter Expert at National Health Authority (NHA). IQVIA is a global leader in advanced analytics, technology solutions, and contract research services for the life sciences industry. At IQVIA, I deliver innovative and impactful solutions for clients across the healthcare spectrum, addressing complex and dynamic healthcare challenges and opportunities. I design, implement, and evaluate projects with a diverse and talented team of consultants, analysts, and researchers. At NHA, I support the development and improvement of the IT systems and processes that enable the delivery of quality and affordable healthcare to millions of beneficiaries. My passion for healthcare and technology stems from my educational background as a dentist and a hospital administrator. I hold a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Sardar Patel Post Graduate Institute of Dental and Medical Sciences and a Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) from IIHMR, Delhi. I also hold multiple certifications in Endodontics, NABH full level accreditation training, and other relevant domains. Managing coordination with multiple implementation partners, such as software vendors, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones as per contracts. Leading the migration of states from PMJAY 1.0 to PMJAY 2.0, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption. Documenting test cases, analyzing bugs/issues, and driving their resolution to support testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance processes. Coordinating with state-level implementation units (SHAs) to facilitate consistent understanding and deployment of new features and change requests across regions. Conducting national-level demonstrations of IT applications (HEM2.0 and UMP) to states and hospitals, and delivering training on HEM2.0 and UMP portal to states. Assisting the IT team in resolving HEM2.0 and UMP portal-related issues with states, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency. Engaging in discussions with divisions in NHA to assess the feasibility of new feature implementations, contributing to informed decision-making.
