I hold a Ph.D. in Political Science with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of public policy, international relations, and institutional development. Currently, I serve as Secretary of the Public Council under the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, where I contribute to strengthening public–state dialogue and governance mechanisms. Alongside this role, I am an Educational Expert and Adjunct Lecturer at the Academy of the State Customs Committee, actively involved in designing and delivering capacity-building programs for public sector professionals. My professional path combines academic research with hands-on experience in project management, policy advisory, and stakeholder engagement. I have contributed to international development initiatives, including EU-funded programs, with a focus on sustainable regional development, VET and private sector engagement. As a Board Member of the Azerbaijan-Italy Alumni Association (AZIAA) and a Mentor at Resource Hub, I am committed to supporting knowledge exchange, empowering young professionals, and fostering inclusive professional communities. My areas of expertise include geopolitics, governance, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and institutional cooperation. I am also a certified trainer in Conflict Management and Emotional Intelligence, collaborating with international partners such as the WCO ROCB (Baku). Key achievements include: Managing and overseeing documentation for SGC Serving as Project Manager for the EU4BCC R(eco)nstruct agritourism project in partnership with the Dordogne Agrarian Chamber Serving as Project Manager for the EU4BCC "Sustainable Business Models and Sharing Cultural-Tourism Excellences" project with the Basilicata Chamber Organizing and coordinating the Digital Entrepreneurship Platform under the ADSMIRRA project.
