I am an educator, researcher, lifelong learner, and advocate for entrepreneurial leadership and innovation. My focus is on empowering individuals to drive societal change and contribute to nation-building through entrepreneurial education. Over the years, I have developed models and frameworks that nurture creativity, resilience, and leadership in students and professionals. One of my key achievements is the development of the Entrepreneurship Plus (E Plus) Model, an award-winning framework taught globally, including in North and South America, Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The E Plus Model emphasizes personal growth, self-awareness, and purpose, encouraging individuals to contribute meaningfully to society. I lead faculty development programs that bridge the gap between traditional job-seeking mindsets and the skills needed for entrepreneurial innovation. These initiatives empower educators to inspire students to create new opportunities, tackle societal challenges, and drive nation-building. My work has been recognized with two USASBE Entrepreneurship Program Awards in 2017 and 2021, honoring the impact of our initiatives that prioritize service, humility, and community impact. I believe leadership is about uplifting others and driving positive change. At the core of my work is Entrepreneurial Leadership, focused on fostering innovation, adaptability, and service. I apply models like Effectuation Theory and alternative management frameworks to help leaders thrive in a world defined by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCAH). My work is deeply influenced by the Quranic principle that "anyone who helped/served a person, served and helped the whole of humanity." This philosophy drives my commitment to fostering a Service Mindset, rooted in humility, gratitude, and social responsibility. Through my global experience, I bring global perspectives with local relevance to my work. I design programs that blend theory and practical application, ensuring participants can apply concepts in real-world settings. Whether through case studies or experiential learning, my programs are transformative and community-driven. As a lifelong learner, I seek opportunities to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations. My goal is to build entrepreneurial ecosystems, cultivate leadership, and create lasting change. Let’s connect if you share my passion for fostering entrepreneurial leadership and building a sustainable future!
