Over the past 15 years, I have worked across Life Sciences and High-Tech environments in international leadership roles spanning service operations, portfolio management, digital transformation, product strategy, PMIs and organizational leadership. Led global service and aftermarket portfolio (~USD 200M) through business transformation, digital innovation, and organizational development in an international Life Sciences technology environment. • Drove portfolio strategy, AI-enabled service innovation, and digital business model development - including 100%+ YoY eCommerce growth, first Predictive Maintenance applications, and sustainable helium recovery systems (50+ global installations) • Built international product management organization from concept to full operational capability, establishing portfolio discipline and cross-functional governance across service, technology, and commercial functions • Led M&A integration and ISO 27001 certification, embedding governance and compliance into operational structures while maintaining >30% divisional operating margin

Led international service organization (~50 people, USD 40M+ P&L) across CEE, Middle East, and India; additional site leadership for ~80 employees at Ettlingen location. • Transformed regional service model — improving NPS from -35/-42 to +20/+25 and achieving 10% YoY revenue growth; established processes that became global roll-out models • Built succession pipeline and recruited 16 positions while steering operations through supply chain disruptions and organizational change
