I help organizations navigate complexity, transformation and growth - by combining strategic clarity, operational leadership and human-centered organizational development. Over the past 15 years, I have worked across Life Sciences and High-Tech environments in international leadership roles spanning service operations, portfolio management, digital transformation, product strategy, PMIs and organizational leadership. What consistently shaped my work: creating orientation and momentum in situations where organizations face uncertainty, change, operational pressure or strategic transition.
