Immunology researcher with over 15 years of experience investigating leukocyte trafficking, immune-cell dynamics, and the spatiotemporal organization of immune responses in inflammation and cancer. My research combines mechanistic immunology with quantitative imaging, spatially resolved analysis, and systems-level approaches to understand how migratory behavior, tissue microenvironments, and cellular interactions shape immune-cell function and functional state transitions. Current work focuses on immune-cell trafficking, circadian regulation of immunity, and tissue-level immune organization using advanced live-cell and high-dimensional imaging approaches. I have contributed to interdisciplinary studies defining circadian regulation of anti-tumor immunity and immunotherapy efficacy, as well as mechanistic studies of neutrophil trafficking and integrin-dependent immune-cell migration. My broader scientific interest lies in uncovering the fundamental principles governing immune-cell behavior across tissues and disease states, particularly at the interface of inflammation, cancer, and spatial immunology. Experienced in interdisciplinary collaboration, quantitative image analysis, confocal and spinning-disk microscopy, and imaging-based experimental strategies for mechanistic immunology research.
