About

EXECUTIVE PERSONAL STATEMENT A strategic Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in data governance, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled operating models, I specialise in transforming complex organisations through insight-driven architecture and ESG-aligned, ethical technology adoption. Leveraging PhD-level research alongside industry leadership and hands-on delivery, I design scalable, trusted digital capabilities that strengthen governance, improve enterprise performance, and enable transparent, responsible decision-making. PROFESSIONAL PROFILE Enterprise Architect and Technology Leader with more than four decades of experience delivering digital transformation, data governance, cloud strategy, and enterprise architecture across global organisations in energy, telecoms, manufacturing, and public sector. My expertise spans Azure Purview, BigID, SAP ecosystems, Databricks, and advanced data‑governance operating models. I increasingly focus on AI‑enabled architectures, integrating platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, SAP Joule, and Databricks Genie to enhance intelligent data processing, automate governance, and support creative, insight‑driven reporting across business domains. My work emphasises responsible data practices. I completed my PhD at Warwick Manufacturing Group, University of Warwick (2020 –2025), developing a Digital Integration Framework to support KPI‑driven transformation for Manufacturing SMEs through SCOR‑DS and TOGAF‑10 alignment. My doctoral research developed the Digital Integration Framework for Manufacturing SMEs (DIFMS), a practical, scalable framework enabling cost-effective, KPI-driven digital adoption. DIFMS integrates the SCOR-DS supply-chain performance model with TOGAF-10 enterprise-architecture principles, providing a unified approach to SME digital maturity. The framework focuses on traceability, interoperability, and process optimisation, improving data lineage, standardised OT/IT integration across MES, ERP, SCADA, and supplier systems, and leveraging analytics, digital twins, and simulation to enhance throughput, resilience, and KPI outcomes. Case studies across battery, automotive, pharmaceutical, and additive-manufacturing sectors demonstrated measurable improvements in OEE, lead time, first-pass yield, and supply-chain resilience. The research also introduced IBAD, a benchmarked-data methodology and M/L enabling data-constrained SMEs to model “as-is” and “to-be” performance scenarios.
