Manufacture of Printing and packaging of paper board cartons for catering FMCG sectors i.e Nestle, Cadbury, Britannia, GSK, Penold Record, UB DuPont etc. The unit is comprises of Hi tech Printing machines (Off set & Gravure), Laminator, Die cutting& gluers with state of an art Quality set up. Catering the requirement for domestic and export markets. Working strength of the unit is 250 with annual turn over is Rs. 80 crores.
Spearheaded development of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for in process & finished goods inspection. Streamlined CFW and HFW lines production processes, coordinated with customers & marketing clearance. Monitored chemical, Physical & Mechanical test of the incoming raw materials, process control and final products for 100% compliance of the standard. Validated test method, Internal reports and conducted Internal quality audit for IMS.
Oversaw the quality control & assurance systems, development of new products and export production. Reformatted group product recipes and developed new products including tobacco free and its packaging as per the market demands. Performed the market analysis and provided feedback for development of various product segments. Reviewed the MIS system and coordinated among marketing, production, purchase & logistics. Had spread the awareness of QMS and Kaizen concept among the entire workforce for implementation as MR.
