With over 30 years of experience in Microbial Research, particularly in Industrial and Environmental Microbiology, Biotechnology, Drug Discovery, and Fermentation Technology, I am now spearheading innovations that enhance Organica Biotech’s intellectual property. As the Head of the Research and Development (R&D) unit, I lead a team of Scientists, Researchers, and Biotechnologists. Together, we drive research and innovation in various microbiological applications such as Agriculture, Aquaculture, Wastewater treatment, Bioremediation, and Sanitation. Our goal is to address environmental issues and develop technological solutions to these challenges. I collaborate with universities, research institutes, and government bodies on research projects and product approvals. Holding a doctorate in Biotechnology, I have numerous patents and scientific publications in the fields of natural products, drug discovery, and microbial product development. I am honored to have received special awards, including one from the International Coenzyme Q10 Association in Europe for my contributions to Coenzyme Q10 biosynthesis and metabolic engineering research, and the ‘Distinguished Industrial Microbiologist Award’ from the Microbiologists Society, India. I believe that Science is an art. Outside of my professional endeavors, I enjoy writing lyrics and composing music, bringing the same passion and creativity to my work to invent and innovate for Environmental Sustainability and the Betterment of Mankind.
