Profitable Growth in Banking by developing and implementing pricing strategies, revenue & profitability improvement measures and value propositions has been my key focus in recent years. After PhD in "Controlling" (Prof. Dr. P. Horváth) I spent 6 years in Top Management Consulting with focus on implementation of Management Control concepts and supporting Private Equity firms. In 2006 I joint Deutsche Bank Wealth Management - Global Sales & Business Development. I had the chance to design and develop many key processes of a global wealth management unit: organizational set up, incentive systems, sales management processes, management control systems & reporting, several M&A transaction, cross-divisional process alignment, etc. Since 2014 my focus is on Price & Revenue Management and proposition development. In 2025 I started my new role at ODDO BHF - as Head of Performance Management. Since my PhD I never lost my passion for management literature - with focus on strategic business development.
