Being responsible for Finance at Volkswagen Group China, my goal is to ensure relevant contributions to the financial resilience of our company in this dynamic market environment, and to creating corporate value for all our stakeholders within the Volkswagen Group with my highly skilled, dedicated and motivated team.

Being responsible for Finance, IT, Purchasing and Compliance at Audi Hungaria, my goal is to continue to create and drive substantial added-value for all our customers within the Volkswagen Group with my exceptionally competent, innovative and highly motivated team.
Together with my team I was responsible for the strategy of the Board function “Finance, China, Compliance and Integrity”, and for representing this function in the development of the Audi corporate strategy 2025, and in various strategic initiatives as well. Furthermore, I was able to shape and develop the financial target-/steering model, the strategic planning process with the related IT tools, and the performance management system of the Audi Group and its brands/divisions/regions. I also had an active role in the foundation and setting up of the Audi Transformation Programme (ATP). In addition, the Supervisory Board reporting, corporate financial Board presentations and the preparation of speeches for Management Informations were part of my responsibility. Furthermore, I was responsible for various Audi Group steering processes such as regular financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and profound analyses of volumes, corporate result and cash-flow including the proposal of relevant measures for target realization.
