As a partner at Bär & Karrer and co-head of the Arbitration Practice Group, I have extensive experience in the resolution of commercial disputes. My focus is on representing clients in complex arbitration and litigation, particularly in the energy, gas, software, transport, engineering, automotive, medical device and banking sectors. I assist companies in the preservation of evidence, claims management and internal investigations. My work includes both institutional and ad hoc arbitrations as well as commercial disputes ranging from one-off transactions to long-term supply and distribution agreements. I am also a regular speaker at international conferences and contribute to leading commentaries in international contract law. I am passionate about developing strategic approaches that help our clients achieve their goals efficiently.
