Orhan started his college education in 2009 September at Cukurova University, Mining Engineering and in 2010 he started double major in Environmental Engineering. He graduated from Mining Engineering in 2013 as the high honor student and the best student of the department. After graduating from his first major, he started master degree in Mining Engineering with cooperation at MontanÜniversität / Leoben / Austria Erzberg Iron Mine. While he was writing his thesis, in the mean time he graduated from Environmental Engineering as honor student in 2014. Then he went to Austria/Leoben/Montanuni for a project about his master degree in Eisenerz (Erzberg) open pit mine. As soon as he returned back to Turkey he presented his master thesis and completed successfully. Few months later he started working at ISKEN Power plant as an Environmental Engineer. While he was doing his first master degree he had already begun the second master in Environmenral Engineering about “Energy Policies and Climate Change”. He finished his both master thesis successfully. After that he started his PhD at Cukurova University and it’s still ongoing. In 2018 he applied Turkish Airlines as a candidate Pilot. The application process ended in July, 2018. He resigned from ISKEN and started working with Turkish Airlines. While he was doing his theoretical subjects about aviation and completing ATPL lessons, he started his third major about Aviation Management at Anadolu University and successfully graduated in 2021. He is currently working in Turkish Airlines as a Boing 737 Pilot and successfully completed PhD about fuel efficiency in aviation. He is long distance trail runner. Loves being in the nature and does many camping activities. Traveling ( more than 40 countries) and learning new languages (lately Spanish) is his life style.
