Before that I led the Management Consulting division at J&M Management Consulting with special focus on procurement, sourcing and purchasing. Detailed insights into the financial industry I gained at Deutsche Bank as the global head of purchasing operations. At Capgemini and Gemini Consulting I had the chance to experience the vast universe of consulting from sales and marketing to production, from finance and controlling to IT implementation and of course supply chain and procurement with my last responsibility as global head of SAP SRM as well as head of the SCM service line for the central European region. I am now clearly specialised in procurement and supply chain projects from strategy to execution and all the way to the detailed support of recruiting activities. Leading expertise in strategic sourcing, outsourcing and Demand to Pay shared service centres and extensive experience leading large global transformation and project offices, optimization and change programs and organisational design topics combined with detailed know-how regarding IT as well as AI enable me to support my client on their way to great success.
