Nikolaos has over 10 years of experience in the design and analysis of the riser and pipeline systems, including Flexibles, Top Tensioned and Hybrids Risers, Tie-in Spools, Wall Thickness, Free Spans, Cathodic Protection, On-Bottom Stability and On-Bottom Roughness / Installation. Nikolaos has key skills in the Design and Analysis of different offshore engineering systems particularly with Flexible and Rigid Risers, Umbilical Systems and Pipelines. Nikolaos also has considerable experience using advance engineering software including OrcaFlex, Flexcom, AutoPIPE, AutoCAD and Mathcad to assist in most aspects of riser and pipeline design. The geographical range of experience includes North Sea, West Africa, Caspian and Asia Pacific. Additionally, co-ordinating the activities within Peritus, as well as those carried out by individual project partners, many of whom are leading UK, European and Global Oi and Gas companies and engineering consultancies and contributing in the development and testing of specialist software.
