As former researcher I love to combine technical know-how with knowledge transfer and business management. However, succesful sales and business development are based on great teams. This is why I see more in developing business than just to increase company numbers or sales performance. It is about enjoying to work with people and customers in a positive and enriching way in order to achieve something valuable on a long-term basis within a team. I like to teach people and lead teams, but at the same time I also enjoy to learn from others. If you build respectful, honest and deep relationships you can achieve anything.
