About

Hello, welcome to my page. I'm Natalie, a clinical psychologist and somatic psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in mental health and wellbeing. I help women struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating to create and sustain a lasting and self-compassionate recovery so they can finally live their lives with confidence, freedom, and ease. I have been supporting people in their recovery from EDs since 2015, and have worked across all levels of care when it comes to the treatment of eating disorders and their associated comorbidities. I blend various applications of psychotherapy with neuropsychology and spirituality to help my clients heal on the level of Body, Mind, & Spirit. I am also passionate about bringing the resources of nature, embodied movement, mindfulness meditation, and the dharma to the wider public and my clients.
