Dr. Mona Moustafa Elashry holds a Doctoral degree in Business Administration, specializing in management, from Cairo University. She earned this degree in 2021. Prior to this, she obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on human resources management, from Cairo university 2014 - 2016. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Cairo University 2009 and 2011. In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Elashry has acquired several professional certifications & accreditations. She is a Certified International Trainer from CIDA-France, which she obtained in September 2023, and a Certified Digital Trainer from the National Training and Education Council in Egypt, also earned in September 2023. Additionally, she is accredited from The American Organization for Science and Technology (ASIT- USA)- October- 2023, as an international and professional trainer. She is accredited from European Organization for Quality Management (EOQM)- October 2023. Dr. Elashry worked as an associate Professor of Management at Midocean University in the UAE. She also works as a mentor and supervisor for Ph.D. students at E3mel Business Academy EBU University in the USA.
