In my role as CEO at AlRajhi United Real Estate, I drove significant institutional growth and operational efficiency. I led the evaluation and acquisition of high-value development opportunities while transforming the corporate structure for capital market readiness. My initiatives resulted in a substantial increase in digital brand visibility and operational productivity.
1. Develop and manage the real estate portfolio for AlRajhi United in Saudi Arabia, including the development and delivery, starting from business case till construction stages and closing. 2. Managing different type of projects; housing, hospitality, infrastructures and mixed-use. 3. Managing the contracts and procurements activities such as RFP preparation, pre-qualification, analysing and evaluations.
I had two main duties: in the Head Office, I was responsible for the following: - Standardizing the procedures and workflows for all of RIC’s projects. - ISO, ERP and One Platform projects department’s representatives. - Ongoing involvement in tendering preparation, contractors’ pre-qualification and bids analyzing. In Projects: in the core project management team of Al-Rayadah Digital City project (previously ITCC), Involved directly in Phase 1, the 17 parcels package (13 office buildings) with cost 1.7B and all Phase 2 with around cost 2.0B.
