Following my assignment as an expatriate at BBA, I was appointed as the Head of Medical Services for the Munich plant. In this role, I am responsible for leading the on-site health service. My team's scope extends beyond the plant to include the support of BMW's headquarters, the DCM and BMW Welt. Our mandate goes beyond traditional occupational medicine; we operate a medical clinic for employees, provide first-aid support, and play a key role in health prevention. A central strategic responsibility is overseeing the health of the plant and its workforce throughout the transformation and ramp-up phase of the "Neue Klasse" in plant Munich.
