I am a tech-driven physician with a strong business background and over 20 years of experience at the intersection of medicine and technology. My work is defined by a builder mindset: translating complex theoretical concepts into scalable, real-world systems that create measurable clinical impact. As CTO and Co-Founder of Clinomic, I lead the full technological lifecycle, from system architecture and regulatory strategy to product development and clinical deployment. I have built and scaled multidisciplinary teams operating under ISO 13485 and have been responsible for regulatory compliance, including MDR certification and BSI C5 requirements. Together with my team, I developed Mona, an AI-powered clinical assistant that is transforming intensive care units across Europe. I have authored more than 30 peer-reviewed publications and conference contributions in the fields of artificial intelligence and digital health, with a focus on critical care. My research centers on validating AI-driven interventions in clinical settings, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards of evidence-based medicine. I am driven by the practical application of data and AI to make healthcare faster, safer, and more human. Beyond my role at Clinomic, I contribute through academic teaching and strategic advisory work for high-impact digital health initiatives. My work has been featured in TIME, Der Spiegel, and Handelsblatt.
