About

In my current position at MediaMarktSaturn, I lead a growing unit centered around two core pillars of our Data & AI ecosystem. (1) Future-Proof Data Ecosystem: This part of the team is driving the Value Stream Data with its skills in Product Management, steering the work of a team of great data and cloud engineers of our technology unit. They build a value-focused data ecosystem enabling data-driven uses cases everywhere in the business. From classical reporting supporting strategic and operative management decisions to ML/AI use cases autonomously taking action in our many internal and customer facing system. (2) Data & AI Value Factories: This part of the team is composed of data & AI professionals, building and improving systems combining data and ML/AI techniques in the highest-stake use cases, e.g. in our recommendation engine.
