Driving key initiatives and projects in the areas of Public Affaris and ESG for Bayer globally.
As part of the HR Innovation team providing visionary leadership, develop and execute strategies to ensure that our culture and organization health supports business strategy execution. Responsible to design and driving organizational, team and leader effectiveness strategies in times of accelerated transformation: - Drive key business projects and develop organizational adoption strategies for key transformation initiatives like Inclusion & Diversity, Innovation Culture, sustainability, New Ways of Working, Next Normal as well as large-scale restructuring and M&A projects (e.g. Bayer 2022). - Drive the design of a new HR strategy for Bayer, incl. the design and implementation of a new HR organizational model to increase value add and proximity to business. - Delivering executive coaching on C-suite level (individual & team coaching, internal and exter-nal).
Driving Market Research and Brand Building in the PR China. - As Senior Consultant responsible for creating products and service offering within the “Consulting Area” focusing on in-country market research (in tier 2 and 3 cities in the PR China), brand building and brand positioning. - As Partner responsible for customer relationship management with major clients, strategy and development of the “Consulting Area” within THINK!DESK.
