Dr. Martin Weiss is a tax adviser and Certified Adviser in International Taxation. He is a Partner in the Tax service line at Grant Thornton AG, based in Munich. Grant Thornton is one of the world's leading organisations of independent assurance, tax and advisory firms, with more than 73,000 people across over 150 markets. Dr. Weiss advises companies on national and international tax law, with a focus on inbound and outbound investments, tax structuring, and restructuring, as well as company acquisitions. His industry focus includes private equity, real estate, and start-ups. With close to 1,000 contributions to professional journals, he is one of the most prolific authors in the German tax law community.
