After nearly 40 years of working in and latterly owning commercial enterprises I now spend my time supporting a local charity Platform7teen in the role of Chair of Trustees. This is in addition to two other voluntary roles. One is mentoring undergraduates at Kingston University, another is supporting charities through the Cranfield Trust. My specializations are Marketing, Strategic planning and Leadedhip of Enterpises.
Through high energy experiential workshops and 1-2-1 coaching within schools and other educational organization, Platform7teen focus's on enhancing life outcomes by improving personal, social and employability skills for young people aged 14-19 who wish to move onto work, apprenticeships or tertiary education. We can do this by: - helping them to communicate more effectively - enabling them to appreciate and understand the skills needed to be an effective and compassionate leader - improving their ability to solve problems, think laterally and enquire independently - enhancing their emotional intelligence and developing their ability to take responsibility within work and educational environments
BPA Consulting Ltd was an international technology and management consultancy. The consultancy focus was on technology and market forecasting for the worlds electronic hardware supply chain. Past Customers included IBM, Panasonic, Toshiba, Intel, Airbus Industries, Siemens. I started in BPA as a product manger before becoming an Owner/Director in 2007.
