Energy Law and Dispute Resolution I have been advising on energy law for 10 years (e.g. electricity and gas networks, renewables, adjustment of long-term supply contracts, individual network charges, district heating), especially in disputes for which technical understanding and industry knowledge are crucial. You can only win an energy law dispute in court if you can explain how electricity distribution, merit order or redispatch works, even to a district court judge who is inexperienced in this field. In addition to energy law, I advise my clients in commercial law disputes as well as in state and product liabilty law. I represent them in front of state courts as well as in arbitral proceedings. I am trusted with complex disputes and with the management of mass litigation. My expierence with contractual disputes is useful when drafting contracts for my clients in order to prevent future conflicts.
