I have over 20 years’ experience in Humans Resources Management, the majority of which was gained in the Retail and Financial Services sectors. My role is transitioning more into a business role than a specialist HR role, in line with my career aspirations.
•Crafting People, Brand & Customer experience strategies that maximise value for the shareholder, customers & staff. •Part of Exco team that leads the business turnaround. •Driving Financial Services Charter implementation. •Broker engagement with aim to increase share of wallet and retention of business from key brokers. •Implement operating models that support business strategy and focus on delivering plans that will turn around the business. •Focus on creating a culture that enables employees to deliver customer service promise. •Building senior, middle and junior leadership capabilities through targeted development & mentorship programmes, inclusive of job rotation. •Decide on relevance of group initiatives and customise where appropriate for short term insurance. •Stakeholder management, inclusive of Regulators, Board, Brokers, Government departments, industry bodies etc.
