A blend of Product Marketing, Business Development, Strategy and Team Leading activities - Driving a Market and Solution based company growth in the EMEA region. - Leading Teams both in Functional and Disciplinary terms. - Acting as a Team/Line Manager and facilitating change in a matrix structure. - Implementing creative marketing campaigns for the EMEA Region. - Managing distributor and direct marketing activities in various areas such as Technical Days, Strategy Definition and Implementation, and Business Development. - Defining and driving the company's Product and Marketing Strategy. A few projects: Project 1 – Re-creating the Industrial New Product Development Process – defining the process for market and RFI-driven ideation and novel product creation and commercialization. o Stakeholders involved – R&D, Project Management, Sales; Decision Maker Level - Product Management, Business Developer, Head of R&D and MD of Subsidiary in Europe; o Market and products – Factory Automation, partially Automotive o Outcome - Successful implementation and utilization of the newly defined processes. Increased efficiency and effectiveness of implemented product roadmaps; Project 2 - Definition of the Industrial Product Roadmap. o Stakeholders involved - Product Management, Board Members, Sales Leaders o Market and Products - Connectors for the Factory Automation, Commercial Segment and Automotive field; o Outcome - Successful product creation and fast commercialization, ROI within 1 Year; Synergy effects with Automotive Roadmap created. Project 3 - Driving the Global Marketing Activity. o Stakeholders involved - Product Management, Technical Engineering, Field Sales Engineers o Market and Products – Complete Product Marketing and Service Portfolio Definition o Outcome - Successful product launch kit creation, Sales Growth improved even during the challenging Covid-19 times - Overachieving the set KPIs by launching 3 new products;
- Identifying market gaps for new product developments, understanding the cross-customer sales potential for these products and driving their development and marketing. Those include solutions for the Industrial, EV Charging, Consumer, Transportation and Wearable segments. - Active in different Working Groups such as CharIN, SPE Industrial Partner Network. - Creating business plans to support the development of market led product lines and championing their successful implementation and commercialization in the EMEA region. - Creating and maintaining industrial, consumer, wearable and EV Charging “opportunities roadmaps” indicating key customers and potential sales. - Providing technical support to the sales organization and to customers’ directly. - Being a key interface role between the European sales organization and marketing and engineering departments in EU and Japan. - Leading the communication between JAE Headquarters and other JAE affiliates and implementing the agreed activities.
