Responsibilities: Employed as Principal Solicitor with a generalist practice. Court appearances at the local court and the Sunshine Magistrates' Court. Supervised employee solicitors and other staff, volunteer lawyers and law students. Provided high level legal advice and services to local, disadvantaged and marginalized clients.
Responsibilities: Briefed to appear as a Junior Counsel in the Magistrate's and Children's Court, both in metropolitan Melbourne and country Victoria, administrative tribunals, including VCAT, and the Federal Court. Carriage of a range of legal matters, especially in Civil and Criminal Law and Immigration Appeals.
Responsibilities: Conduct tutorials in the subject Law and Society for law and arts students. Participate with other staff in the marking and assessment of undergraduate essays and exams.
