I started to gather professional experience in clinical research (CROs) in 1998, with two preceding years in pre-clinical science. Following my start as a CRA and CRA Team Lead, I moved into project and program management of international clinical studies as well as to the line management of project leaders in 2005. In 2014, I joined the IQVIA Sr Management in a Director role, followed by my promotion to Sr Director in 2021. My particular interests lie in the mentoring / coaching of project leaders, the fostering of relationships with clients from the pharmaceutical industry as well as the optimization of financial aspects of clinical trials. I consider a high level of client centricity, cooperativeness, effectivity, accountability and communication skills as my key strengths.
