I’ve served on supervisory boards of major international telecommunication companies (e.g. T-Mobile Netherlands, publicly listed, Magyar Telekom Hungary, Makedonski Telekom, Northern Macedonia). My skills as Board Member employed there include: Corporate Governance, Risk Management, M&A, Business Strategy, Innovation Management, Regulatory Strategy, Investors Relations As entrepreneur I have built and led a digital health venture studio, bridging science, policy and business to unlock real-world impact. In this context, I have supported to launch and scale 14+ health tech ventures; advising from product build, go-to-market strategy, investor readiness and fund raising. In total, I contributed to raise around 12 mio in capital. What sets me apart is my intercultural experience to govern, oversee risk, set busines strategy and initiate organizational changes from a board perspective. As an digital health entrepreneur I see both the health science and the business logic. I work closely with founders, VCs, and health institutions to shape viable business models, negotiate strategic partnerships, and guide companies through funding, governance, and commercialization.
