About

I am a neuroscientist and biostatistician with over six years of experience specializing in brain aging, neuroimaging, and big data analytics. My research focuses on brain ageing and longevity and investigates the impact of lifestyle factors, such as magnesium intake, cardiovascular health, and metabolic conditions, on brain health and neurodegeneration. Utilizing large-scale datasets like the UK Biobank, I apply advanced statistical models to uncover mechanisms of cognitive resilience and strategies to mitigate premature brain aging. I have a strong publication record, international recognition for my findings, and extensive experience in public engagement. My work on the neuroprotective role of magnesium has reached over 4.4 million people worldwide. I also collaborate with global organizations, including the WHO, to develop impactful public health strategies. I am committed to making my research accessible to the public and ensuring it has a meaningful impact on society by improving brain health in ageing populations.
