Strategy sets the direction. People make the difference. I have spent 25+ years building, leading, and transforming industrial businesses across building technologies, construction, and manufacturing — from strategy to full P&L ownership. My background includes 10 years in strategy consulting at Boston Consulting Group, followed by nearly eight years leading corporate strategy development and driving it’s execution at Hilti. I later led a major turnaround at Uponor, doubling profitability. Today, I serve as President at Alat (Buildings & Heavy Equipment), Board Member at TK Elevator Group and its KSA JV, and Chair the board of Müpro, a private equity portfolio company. Previously, I was CSO at Viessmann and CEO EMEA at MTD Products, managing end-to-end businesses with full operational and financial responsibility. I’m passionate about building scalable, accountable organizations — where strategy is clear, execution is disciplined, and people are empowered to lead.
