For more than 20 years I have proudly and enthusiastically served in testing, quality assurance, and project design efforts for both advanced engineering projects and upper-level academic institutions. More recently, I’ve focused on working closely with faculty and school leaders to direct the administration of educational resources that focus on providing students with the tools they need to attain academic excellence in the field of engineering. My skill set not only includes devising overarching strategic plans that help universities/colleges/departments develop their academic vision that leads to better student performance but making sure that every student is given the chance to pursue the education they deserve. Inclusion and diversity are cornerstones of my work so that all in my care benefit from the resources available, regardless of race or cultural background. Over the years I have worked with fellow administrators, staff, and school directors to sustain a broad series of initiatives that provide prospective and existing students with the support required for proper integration into engineering programs that meet their specific design preferences. My record of success shows how I have been a consistent advocate and ally in making the key managerial decisions needed to sustain support to students through all phases of their journey to make sure their administrative needs are met so they can focus on their studies. In addition, my broad understanding of the changing landscape of local, state, and federal regulations assures that the departments in my care remain in full compliance with all established policies. I would love to use my holistic approach to institutional aid to help each student that comes through my doors elevate the chances they have at meeting their maximum potential.
