Over 40 years experience in the NHS, I have held senior roles in the NHS & Social Care having worked at local, regional and national level. I am a leadership mentor and patient safety expert. I have held bi-vocational roles in church leadership for over 30 years. I have an academic portfolio that includes Doctor of Ministry, MBA LL.M (Medical Law). My area of research interest is the understanding of secular work in independent Pentecostal churches and its implications for the gathered and scattered church.
