Quality Management Representative (QMR) for ISO-90001 and QS-9000 Management Systems. Actively involved in the development and implementation of the Total Quality Management System (TQM). Develop the Implementation Plan for QS-9000 (FMEA, KPC, KCC, PCP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and APQP). The Team Leader for self-certification of CE marking covered the main requirements of the three directives covering machinery, low voltage and EMC directives for CNC machines, borering drilling machines-TD13, TB22 machines. Responsible for the periodic audit of automotive parts supply products and processes to various OEMs in the region. Co-ordinate and conduct the preliminary and potential suppliers' quality audits. Provide QS-9000 and ISO-9000 training programs for internal staff and suppliers. Involved in the marketing of auto components to Volvo Car Asia Pacific, GM Indonesia, Delphi Automotive Thailand and General Motors Truck Group USA.
