Responsibilty for P&L of all Project Business in the Segment Industrial Responsibility of Hannover plant and coordination of 11 further plants in the segment globally.
Management of 13 plants (Plant Management Teams) in France, Belgium, Norway, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Greece with about 600 M€ of sales. Responsibility for development of people, industrial footprint and operational performance to be successful on the respective markets of utilities & operators (energy cables, accessories, optical fibre cables, accessories, respective cabinets,...). Coordination of Industrial Operations in Europe and member of the Executive Committee. Ensure Geographical consistency, common methodology & tool between the marketlines (Industry, Utilities & Operators, Distributors & Installers) in Europe with 45 plants, about 10.000 employees and about 2 B€. Coordination of Investment policy, Industrial Projects and Industrial Footprint Optimization.
Responsibility for P&L (Sales & Plant) with 460 employees, 10 departments and about 150 M€ of sales. Operational Management of Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Design/Calculation, Supply Chain, Production, Testing, Controlling and Human Resources.

Responsibility for development of people, industrial footprint and operational performance to be successful on the respective markets like aerospace, medical, rolling stock, shipboard, automation, renewable energies.
