As the current General Director of Government, International Organizations & Funding Partnerships at Classera, I spearhead transformational initiatives across the MENA and Global regions. My leadership has been instrumental in establishing and scaling Smart Learning Initiatives (SLI) in collaboration with Ministries of Education in multiple countries, securing funding, and delivering sustainable education solutions that meet the needs of over 200K+ learners. Previously, I held executive roles including Chief Information Officer at Badr University and eLearning General Director at Egypt's Ministry of Education, where I led national digital reform, interactive eContent production, and professional development for tens of thousands of educators.
