Team Lead for Building Services Engineering and Technology European Central Bank (ECB), Frankfurt/Main Managing a team of engineers responsible for the operation and maintenance of technical facilities in a high-demand environment with approximately 3,500 employees and up to 1,500 additional daily visitors. Key responsibilities include: • Operational Supervision and Change Management - Management of 41 lifts, 15 façade machines, lifting devices, and partial façade systems, association work with Interlift e.V. - Power supply concepts and operations (up to 8 MWel) - Business continuity and technical emergency support - Cross-functional matters, including security and safety (work announcements, hazard analysis according to German BetrSichV, DGUV rules and TPrüfV) - Stationary equipment for kitchen and gastronomy areas - Inclusion of individuals with disabilities - Operational risk management (ORM) • Strategic and Administrative Leadership - Budget planning and financial oversight - Specification of tendering and procurement processes - Quality management in specific project cases, here only relevant requirements from EFQM and ISO 9001 (partly GMP) are applied to ensure efficiency, focus, and alignment with organizational needs. - Compliance with European IT data protection and regulatory requirements - Decision making process, here especially apply FORDEC-tool - Reporting to the Head of Section and ECB committees (in English and German) • Technical Systems and Tools - Operation of CAFM tools like PLANON, SAP (ISIS) Special Commercial and Technical Skills • Expertise in designing and managing data centre power systems compliant with EN 60500 Category 3/4 standards and Uptime Institute TIER III/IV specifications (here, especially "full selectivity"). • Successful claim management of up to €7.5 million, particularly in the field of safety-related electrical and control systems.
Bereich Technik: - Disziplinarische/fachliche Leitung des Bereiches Technik (25MA) - Berichterstattung an Geschäftsführung/ geschäftsführende Gesellschafter - Aufstellung der 5-Jahres-Investitionsplanung (Bottom-Up) und Budgeterstellung gemäß International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Bereich: 22-50 Mio. €/Jahr. - Steuerung der technischen Raffinerie-Projekte - Abstimmung mit den Beauftragten und Leitern der anderen Fachbereiche, u. a. Produktion, Verfahrens- und EMSR-Technik, Einkauf, Finanzbuchhaltung - Koordination, Sicherstellung und Veranlassung der Erstellung von Planungsunterlagen zur Durchführung von Umbau- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen - Turnusmäßige Aktualisierung der H&R-Risikomatrix - Vertretung in Managementaudits nach ISO 9001 »Qualität«, ISO 14001 »Umweltschutz«, OHSAS 18001 »Arbeitssicherheit« und EN 50001 »Energie« und bei Verbandsthemen. - Entwicklung Mitarbeiter im Bereich Technik (fachliche Schulungskonzepte, Messebesuche, Repräsentationsaufgaben), Betreuung Bacherlor-Thesen (Verfahrenstechnik). - Hochwasserschutzbeauftragter für den Polder 70 Neuhof-West - EPDM/CAFM-Tools AXAVIA, Enterprise ONE (Oracle) Bereich Genehmigungsmanagement: - Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung des Geschäftsfeldbereiches - Antragsunterlagen für Genehmigungen unter Berücksichtigung der Bauordnungen sowie des Immissions-, Boden- und Wasserschutzes (European IED; Refinery BREF, BAT/BVT, BImSchG/V, ADR, ADN, BetrSichV, WHG, AwSV) - Koordination Beauftragtenwesen, rechtskonforme Umsetzung von Betreiberpflichten, Auflagen und genehmigungsspezifische Nebenbestimmungen (Tool "GEORG") - Kommunikation mit den Aufsichts- und Genehmigungsbehörden ( Jahresgespräche) - Bewertung der Entwicklung relevanter Rechtsgebiete; in diesem Rahmen Priorisierung der Inhalte gegenüber der Geschäftsführung. Initiierung Verbandsarbeit mit DGMK, MVR und VCI sowie aktive Kommunikation mit Bundesumweltministeriums und Umweltlandesbehörden
