I am managing partner of the oldest M&A consultancy company in Germany, Oaklins Angermann AG, with Oaklins offices in 45 countries around the world. I am strongly involved in negotiating M&A transactions with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to deliver highly professional results. It is important for me to have a frequent and open interaction with my clients. My special focus is on advising successions of privately owned companies in the field of machinery, industrial manufacturing of components by and food & beverage. In 28 years of experience I have closes more than 120 transactions, most of them cross border, alone in 2021 it was 7 deals.
I have closed more than 145 M&A transactions in 32 years, mainly on the sell-side. Together with my team I am advising entreprenuers, decision makers in large conglomerates and private equity firms in buying and selling companies or divisions. Up to year end 2019 I acted as Chairman and as president of our worldwide organisation Oaklins International, Inc.. My special focus is on industrials, manufacturing companies (machinery, metal and plastic components, non-wovens, electronics, engineering and food & beverage) and business services.
