I lead sustainability at Siemens as a core business transformation lever across global industrial, infrastructure, grid and mobility systems. My work centers on scaling solutions for decarbonization and circularity by leveraging digitalization and AI to build resilience in complex value chains, accelerate adaptation in volatile times and identify growth opportunities. Scaling sustainability impact for customers, planet and society hand-in-hand with future-proofing and growing good business. My background across law, finance, M&A, capital markets and venture capital helps me embed sustainability into business strategy, customer offerings and portfolio decisions.. I enjoy partnering closely with executive leaders and boards to navigate regulatory complexity and position sustainability as a driver for growth, competitiveness and long‑term value in emerging and existing markets. While being passionate about building ecosystems with those shaping the next generation of sustainable societal infrastructure. Particularly interested in: - Industrial and infrastructure decarbonization and energy transition - Circularity through product eco-design and ecosystem building - AI-enabled sustainability and productivity - Value-chain resilience and portfolio adaptation - Value creation through transformation I serve on the Supervisory Board of Siemens Mobility and as a member of the Sustainability Council of Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW). My drive for actionable knowledge led me to earn a doctorate in international public law from Goethe University Frankfurt, two Master of Law degrees from NYU School of Law and Université Paris Nanterre (EU Law), and to diverse roles ranging from finance lawyer in New York to SVP M&A, CFO, General Partner at VC firm N47, and Head of Investor Relations at Siemens. Recognized four years in a row (2022–2025) as one of the TOP100 Most Influential Women in the German Economy (Manager Magazin), I was also named to the “TIME100 Climate Leader list” in 2025.
