Dr Elizabeth is a London-based psychologist, speaker, workplace engagement consultant and educator, with a specialist focus in the workplace on optimising millennial and gen Z performance and retention. She has worked with a wide cross-section of society; from offenders in prison, to B2B companies and the C-suite that lead them. Educated at Cambridge University (BA Joint-Hons, MPhil), she is also an Expert Educator and has a Doctorate in Psychology and Psychotherapy. With a unique fusion of corporate and psychological, academic and practical, experiences, Dr Elizabeth brings a dynamic, practical and refreshing approach to your workplace. Dr Elizabeth works with at-risk adolescents & adults, extensively with trauma, harmful behaviours and suicidal ideation. She has her own private practice as well as working in community organisations and is proud of the new Mental Health Education programme she is developing for community schools. Having worked in general counselling centres, HMP, rehab and more, Elizabeth has experienced working with anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, dependencies, intimacy, relationship building with oneself and others, self-esteem, parenting guidance, social struggles, and more. Elizabeth works with an existential backdrop, in an integrative way, drawing on CBT, attachment theory, trauma processing interventions, person-lead and existential-based tools, expect this therapeutic space to be dynamic and productive, using a plethora of evidence-based interventions. Dr Elizabeth works on multi-disciplinary teams when necessary, as well as with organisations to work through particular mental health scenarios. With an Undergraduate Degree and M.Phil from the University of Cambridge, Qualified Teacher Status and a Doctorate in Psychology & Psychotherapy, you can feel confident in a strong academic framework. Developing and overseeing the Education Programme at non-profit Noa Girls is a privilege. I am passionate about the power of preventative mental health education for everyone, particularly for young people. I have sat with too many young people who have said - I wish I would have known this earlier. The Education Programme at Noa Girls has culturally sensitive and engaging ways of telling people the things they need to know. Skilling communities up through educating girls, parents and teachers, the Noa Education Programme is providing young people with tools to to spot challenges early and reach out for help for themselves and their friends.
