Key responsibilities: -> Team leadership and management: lead, mentor and motivate the data science team. Develop and manage project plans and timelines. -> Foster collaborations with domain experts and end-users (Neurologists, Neurosurgeons) to understand user needs and design solutions that are relevant and meaningful -> Research and development: oversee development and optimization of transmission ultrasound signal processing and analytics via supervised machine learning algorithms -> Ensure development processes comply with medical device regulations (FDA, CE) and industry standards -> Oversee the development of technical documentation and performance validation for submission to regulatory bodies
