I am the Chief Executive and the Chairman of my Petro-Chemical & Energy Consulting Company in Germany. Surprisingly Bonny Light Crude Oil from NNPC- Nigeria is the most sort for Crude Oil throughout the whole World. It is the best Crude Oil on earth. This is why the Crude Oil deals are very difficult to close. We are Traders and Brokers too in Precious Stones and Precious Metals such as Gold, Diamonds, Copper Cathodes, Silver, Manganese, Palladium, and Coltan. Because of too many Fraudulent and Scammer Sellers(more than 96% of these Gold Sellers have no Gold or Diamonds to sell) there are many International By-Laws like SWISS Procedures(Proof of Product POP in buyers destination and Proof of Fund POF in buyers destination, why not in Sellers destination-Africa?). Basel 3 is one sided bcos it is protecting only the European buyers interest and neglecting the poor African Gold Sellers, who travel thousands of Kilometer away to unknown Europe and America. How can a real Gold seller be poor? It is African Paradox! The Gold and Diamonds diggers are poor Africans 99,5% are illiterates, they have no finances to transport their Gold and Diamonds to the buyers.. We try to bring their Gold to some buyers but some buyers have no money to pay them The Sellers get their money direct from buyers and we get our Commissions. Most of the Gold sometimes belongs to the Villagers. These Communities use this Gold money to develop their Villages, build Schools, Hospitals, Roads, Water and electricity supplies. With time the Villagers willl be self-reliance and transport their Gold themselves.Unfortunately no African Government helps these struggling poor Gold diggers with infrastructure.
