My passion for the areas of design, materials and production already developed in my younger years. It all started when I got the book „The face of failure in nature and engineering“, by Claus Mattheck. Due to this book I always had the ambition to understand complex technical matters and gained the ability to explain them in a way that is easy to understand. These principles guided me during school, during my studies and they still guide me today. At the same time cooperativeness, teamwork and attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture are important for me. I see myself as a bridge builder. It is my objective to listen to people attentively, to be supportive and concurrently activate a person’s own initiative, to get the right people together and, based on that, to enable all of us to be successful.
