MBBS BSc MRCGP MRCS (2023) DoccMed I’m an Occupational Health Doctor and GP I’m interested particularly in: - Partnership (GP and business) - medical education, - urology - occupational health and - mental health. I’m exploring how entrepreneurial spirit can improve healthcare for the better. I’ve read two chapters of the wealth of nations and now quote ‘the invisible hand’ in 1/3 of all conversations.
I have learned to perform flexible cystoscopy independently and offer an outpatient clinic with staff from Salisbury hospital.

Rotations in Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery, Paediatrics and Obstetrics and Gynaecology as well as 21 months total experience of General practice across two separate practices in North Hampshire by the time of my CCT in June 2023. Training programme extended due to childcare responsibilities and working 80% for 12 months during ST2
leadership fellow contributing primarily to the primary care cardiovascular optimisation group attempting to achieve better cardiovascular outcomes for Hampshire patients. Through this lense I have had the opportunity to observe leadership methods and goals from teams and leaders across the Hampshire and Isle of Wight integrated care system. I am grateful for this priveledge.
